Indulge in the timeless allure of this vintage B.David brooch, a remarkable piece of costume jewelry from the 1950-1960s era. B.David was a jewelry maker from Cincinnati, Ohio USA. They were relatively small manufacturer and has never reached high production scale as giant Coro or Trifari. B.David specialised in crystal rhinestone jewelry, known as “diamant”, imitating precious jewelry with diamonds and emeralds, their designs were sublime and sophisticated. It is well-documented fact that each crown brooch was unique. There were different rainbow crystals combination and you could hardly find exactly the same pin. Interesting fact that all B.David jewelry had life-time warranty. The brooch is rhodium plated. Brooch is signed on the back: B.David In USA and Canada these crown pins were a traditional gift to a mother of a newborn but it was also often used as an anniversary gift. The brooch is in excellent vintage condition. However there could be some minor flaws that corresponds to actual age of this piece of jewelry.
